Since 2017, the association, whose members are residents of the neighborhoods that work for the community, has been investing in the cultivation of human capital in the neighborhood, without diagnosing age. This, out of the belief that the residents of the neighborhood know, can and are capable of driving change and progress. The program provides tools for managing group discourse on identity, community, and social issues and motivating the community to actually emerge from the discourse itself.
