Recipe booklet

An initiative to connect generations between the young people of the neighborhood around cooking. In practice, cooking is intended to allow a space in which a historical cultural discourse - of the neighborhood from its earliest days and of the veteran residents who grew up together with the neighborhood - takes place. The cooking, as a cultural representative, created a steaming cauldron of different stories, histories and records about life in the neighborhood from a family, community and tradition-preserving angle. In collaboration with Keshet 49, the Shahaf Foundation, the Ministry of Construction and Housing, the Ministry of Social Equality, the Tel Aviv Foundation, the Yaffa London Yaari Foundation.
